Performance management that runs on your real numbers
Goals scored against the data your business already collects. The one-on-ones, feedback and reviews that follow from them, on one record per person. Your HRIS keeps the org chart current.
A 30-minute walkthrough, set up to look like your organization. No trial to configure, no credit card.
Everything a manager owes their team
miviva is organized around people, not modules. You open a person and everything about them is there.
Goals that score themselves
Attach a goal to a number you already collect, like tickets closed per week or revenue booked to date, and miviva scores it live. The card shows the current value, who sits below target and by how much.
- Always showing today's number, never last month's export
- Individual and aligned goals, with milestones and a full activity trail
- Duplicate detection, so the same goal is not written four ways

Reviews without the chase
Build a template once as a set of instructions. Pull this person's goals, score them on this scale, show their hire date. miviva resolves it per person and period, then runs assignment, approval and release.
- Sections that resolve against real goals instead of blank text boxes
- Weighted scoring with reusable rating scales
- Approval chains and release control, with reminders

The conversation and the evidence, together
Agendas, notes, action items and feedback sit on the same person as their goals and reviews. By the time the review is due, the year is already written down.
- One-on-ones with a shared agenda, private manager notes and action items
- Give and request feedback, with coverage tracking so nobody is missed
- Action items that outlive the meeting that created them

Your systems, connected once
Connect the HR platform you already run for the org chart. Drop a spreadsheet in for the operational data. miviva recognizes reports it has seen before, works out which column is which even when someone renames them, and files the numbers against the right people.
- Scheduled sync with your HRIS keeps the roster and reporting lines current
- Drop a spreadsheet in and undo it in one click if it was the wrong one
- One set of numbers that every goal, chart and review reads from

You write the goal.
miviva keeps the score.
Type "every rep should make at least 40 calls a week, and I want $250k booked by the end of Q3". miviva turns that into a goal with a real target on it, and shows you where everyone already stands before you save it.
What it will not do is decide the number. Helping you word a goal is a good job for AI. Working out what somebody scored is not. Every figure that reaches a review is counted from your own data, the same way every time.
Nothing happens without you. miviva suggests, you accept. No goal, rating or review changes until a person says yes to it.
It only sees what you see. An agent works inside the same permissions as the person using it, so it cannot surface a number that person is not allowed to see.
What you type
"Each rep should make at least 40 calls a week, and I want $250k in revenue by end of Q3."
At least 40 calls a week, every rep
Off target. 1 of 4 people below target: Jared (31).
$250,000 booked in total by 30 September
On track. $212,400 to date.
Both numbers keep themselves up to date. When next week's report lands, the goal already knows.
- SSO with Google and Microsoft
- SOC 2
- Full audit trail on every change
- Connects to your HRIS
Connect. Write goals. Done.
No configuration wizard, no six-week implementation, no consultant mapping your competency framework.
Connect your systems
Sync the org chart from your HR system, or upload a roster. Drop in the spreadsheets your operation already produces every week.
Write goals in plain English
Say what good looks like in your own words. miviva turns it into a goal with a real target on it, shows you where everyone stands today, and waits for you to approve.
Manage from what it tells you
Every manager opens to a list of who needs attention and why. Reviews, when they come round, summarize a year that is already recorded.
Built to survive your security review
Single sign-on
Google and Microsoft SSO, or email with a one-time code. No passwords to leak if you would rather not have any.
SOC 2
Security controls audited against the SOC 2 framework. Ask us for the current report on the demo call.
Complete audit trail
miviva records every change to a goal, review, rating or person, with who did it and when. You can search the whole history.
Permissions that match your org
Access follows the reporting chain your HRIS already defines. Managers see their people, admins see the org, nobody sees sideways by accident.
Your data is not training data
We never train a model on your numbers, and nothing you put into miviva is shared with anyone else.
Nothing to install
miviva connects out to your HR system on its own. Nothing gets installed on your network and IT does not have to open anything up.
The things people ask on the first call
How long does it take to get running?
Days, not months. Connect an HRIS or upload a roster and you have your org chart. Upload one spreadsheet of operational data and you can write your first metric-backed goal the same afternoon. There is no competency framework to configure before anything works.
Do we have to replace our HRIS?
No. miviva is not a system of record for employment data, it reads yours. We connect to whatever HR platform you run, and if it is one we have not worked with before, we will get it connected. Your HRIS stays where it is.
What if our data is messy?
It almost never is. miviva is built for the spreadsheet that gets emailed round every Monday. Drop the file in and it recognizes reports it has seen before, works out which column is which even when someone renames them, and files the numbers against the right people. Uploaded the wrong file? Undo it in one click.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Nothing you put into miviva is used to train a model. An agent only ever reads what the person using it is already allowed to read.
Can employees sign themselves up?
No, deliberately. There is no self-serve signup. An administrator creates accounts from your roster or your HRIS, and invitations go out when you choose to send them. Nobody appears in your org because they found the website.
How is it priced?
We quote against your headcount rather than publishing a list price, because rollout scope varies a lot between one operation and a whole group. Tell us your numbers on the call and you will have a figure the same day.
See it set up like your organization
Thirty minutes. We build the demo around your industry and the way your teams are structured, then write a goal and score it live, so you are judging the product rather than a slideshow.
- A demo shaped around your world, not a generic sandbox
- Straight answers on security, pricing and rollout
- No trial to configure and no credit card
